Ohio Senator JD Vance is taking the floor at the Republican National Convention as Donald Trump’s VP pick.
The Milwaukee delegation formally nominated him Monday afternoon. A jubilant Vance pumped his fists in the air when it became official.
The Republican Party is officially nominating Donald Trump as its presidential nominee for a third time. House Speaker Mike Johnson made the announcement during the Convention after Trump secured enough delegate votes to win the nomination.
