A Sedgwick County detention deputy has been arrested in an investigation of a domestic violence incident.
The deputy was arrested Monday for suspicion of domestic aggravated assault and criminal threat. She has been employed by the Sheriff’s Office since June of 2021, and she is currently suspended from duty pending the outcome of the criminal case and an internal investigation.
No other information has been released at this time.
