It turns out that the two women, both from Russia, immigrated to the United States around the same time. When they agreed to meet, something remarkable happened, and it unfolded in a TikTok video posted by Katarina’s daughter. They were going to meet for the first time at a restaurant, and when they showed up, they both showed up wearing the exact same dress.
