Today, the AWESOME is on board the Disney “Dream” cruise ship. If you have to save a life, could you? If it were a stranger, we’d like to think we could be that person, but what if it were your child? There is nothing you wouldn’t do, right? That’s exactly what one father did when his daughter fell overboard from the 4th deck of the Disney “Dream” cruise ship. Without hesitating, he leaped from the ship, fully aware that he might die, but the only thing he was concerned about was saving his daughter. Miraculously, the father reached his daughter moments before the fast-acting crew reached them with a lifeboat and life preservers. The crowd cheered when the two were safely pulled on board the lifeboats within minutes. There are still some questions as to how the little girl fell, but there is no question about the man’s bravery and his love for his daughter, and THAT’S AWESOME.
