Today, the AWESOME was found in the Delaware River. Faizan Choudhry was spending a relaxing day tubing on the Delaware River on July 4th when he lost his iPhone 14 Pro Max in the River. He, like you and I, assumed it was gone forever. Little could he have predicted what would happen 2 and a half months later. On September 19th, he received a call from Maddy Wells, who claimed to have found his phone. Curious as to how she knew it was his phone, she said that it powered up after she charged it and turned it on. He met her the next day, and sure enough, after 2 and a half months underwater, the phone worked fine, minus a small issue with the camera and how it captures light. Other than that, his pictures and his data were all intact. An incredible stroke of luck thanks to a complete stranger, THAT’S AWESOME.
