The Senate could pass a deal to end the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, as early as today. This comes after several Democrats and one Democratic-leaning independent reached across the aisle and helped end the filibuster.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I applaud Kim Kardashian for not giving up. While her new show, “All’s Fair”, where Kim plays a lawyer, is getting hammered with bad reviews, she has once again studied, tested, and failed the bar in real life. Kim has been on a quest to pass the bar for years and just came up short for a 4th time. It’s been six years, and on Instagram, Kim said she is not giving up.

Texas just issued a warning for its residents, saying, “Don’t kill it, don’t squish it, don’t cut it up.” IT is the invasive Hammerhead worm, and it has invaded North Texas. This nightmarish worm grows up to 15 inches long and preys on earthworms, which is a problem because fewer earthworms means poor soil health. Oh, and they secrete a toxin that will give you a nasty rash. They need to hurry up and finish that Buc-ee’s near KC, so I no longer need to go to Texas.
