Riley Green is proving that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Just as his latest hit with Ella Langley, “Don’t Mind If I Do,” has gone number one, he is spilling the tea on his new album.  In a recent interview, he said his next album will be even more stripped-down than his current music. He explained that all of the new cuts are built around an acoustic track and are much less produced than anything he’s done before.

and sadly, country music has lost one of its most iconic voices. Raul Malo of The Mavericks passed away on Monday, at the age of 60, following a battle with cancer. Fans and fellow musicians alike are mourning his loss. His band members shared the news on social media, saying, “Anyone with the pleasure of being in Raul’s orbit knew that he was a force of human nature, with an infectious energy.”
