Cody Johnson is warning his fans to be very careful because there are scammers out there, pretending to be him and they’re taking people’s hard earned money. It has already happened to one family. In a statement, Cody’s team said, “With today’s internet and ‘AI, ‘ it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between the truth and fiction. If you see something with Cody’s name, logo or face that doesn’t come straight from his verified accounts… please don’t fall for it.

There’s a lot of new country out today, looking for a spot on your playlist, starting with Luke Combs and ‘Sleepless In A Hotel Room’. He released the performance video yesterday and while you were sleeping, teased an unreleased track I assume will be on his new album. Another new song that you’re going to have to wait a little longer for is ‘People Need Jesus’ from Lainey Wilson. She debuted it at a special performance at the Country Music Hall of Fame and while the title might imply a heavy, serious song, it is not. Instead, it’s a fun, tongue-in-cheek, small-town song that is going to show up on her new album. Fans are begging her to release it, ASAP.
