I’m so glad Ella Langley took some time away for her mental health because imagine if she didn’t, she might have deprived us of so much more music. The “Choosin’ Texas” singer just announced her next album. The sophomore album, “Dandelion,” is sure to feature her hit “Choosin’ Texas,” and she is releasing the title track this Friday.

If you missed the American Idol season 24 premiere, go find it on demand. There were so many memorable moments, but one of my favorites was Brad Paisley helping Luke Bryan punk Carrie Underwood, and it made me miss Brad and Carrie and how good they are together.

And if you want a smile on your face, watch Ashley McBryde covering Johnny Cash’s “I’ve Been Everywhere.” The best part is she did it for $20 and put her own special twist on it that not only shows off how incredibly talented she is, but it makes me want her to release her version ASAP!
