Today, I salute Marine Veteran John Crossman. John spent 8 years in the Marines, serving as a Marine scout team leader, acting platoon sergeant, and Marine Sniper and Surveillance and Target Acquisition instructor. He traveled around the world, visiting five of the seven continents. After his service, he transitioned to civilian life and pursued entrepreneurship. Drawing on his leadership experience, he founded VDO Gaming & eSports Education, LLC., using gaming to promote education, connection, and personal growth. Crossman researched the esports industry, completed training programs like Boots to Business, and worked with SBA resources to develop a strong business plan. With support from resources and peers, he secured a loan. His business has already launched youth programs and secured local contracts, with plans to expand. Crossman encourages fellow Veterans to stay persistent and pursue their goals. Thank you for inspiring others, John, and THANK YOU for your service.
