Over nine years, the single father has fostered 47 children, inspired by his own past and the kindness that once changed his life. Known online as “Foster Dad Flipper,” he shares his journey to encourage others. Recently, he celebrated the adoption of a boy who spent years in foster care, now officially part of his family. For Peter, fostering is about giving every child what he once lacked: stability, belonging, and unconditional love—and the chance to finally call someone “Dad.”
