Alright I see you Disney…they just launched workouts that you can do while watching some of their classics.
For example, The Little Mermaid – 5 burpees every time you see a dinglehopper or 15 jumping jacks every time Flounder acts like a guppy. They are releasing them one at a time and Hercules is up next.
