Goddard Mayor Hunter Larkin was arrested in West Wichita on Saturday on suspicion of DUI.
According to the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, he was arrested near Kellogg and Tyler.
Larkin was appointed Mayor in August of last year after Mayor Jamey Blubaugh resigned after he and his wife were charged with counterfeiting tickets to an event at the Sedgwick County Zoo.
Larkin recently filed to run for the Kansas Legislature as the District 101 Representative in 2022.
