Wichita Police are working to identify a woman who robbed a gas station at gunpoint late Sunday morning.
It happened at the U.S. Gas Station near Lincoln and Oliver around 11:15 a.m. Sunday. A 22-year-old woman working at the store told police that the woman entered the store, pointed a handgun, and demanded money.
She left on foot with an unknown amount of cash. No one was hurt.
The suspect is described as a white female in her early twenties. She was around 5’5″ tall and weighed around 130 pounds.
She was wearing a gray hoodie that covered her face, and gold sunglasses. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact detectives at 268-4407 or Crime Stoppers at 267-2111.
