A Wichita man has been charged in the stabbing death of his nephew, which police said was the result of an argument.
57-year-old David Staley is charged with voluntary manslaughter. Another hearing in the case is scheduled for August 13th.
Police said an argument broke out at a home in the 2300 block of South Pinecrest around 3 a.m. on August 2nd. Officers arrested Staley at the scene.
