Minimum-custody resident, 40 year old Eljay Allen Reinhardt, has been apprehended.
Reinhardt was placed on escape status after walking away from Wichita Work Release Facility and never reporting back on Friday, July 30th.
He was taken into custody Saturday evening by officials from the Kansas Department of Corrections, Enforcement, Apprehensions, and Investigations Unit, the Wichita Police Department, and the Kansas Highway Patrol.
