Today, JJ’s Star Spangled Salute honor Vietnam Army Veteran Steve Reed. More than 50 years after he left Vietnam, Steve is still on patrol. The once long-range reconnaissance patrol member and retired police officer, now keeps an eye out for other Veterans. Once he finds them – the questions begin. Where did you serve? Do you have any health problems? Are you getting any Veterans Administration benefits? And, if not, can he help? Since he started 5 years ago, Steve says he’s helped about 70 Veterans.
