A Wichita man has been charged with second degree murder in connection with a fatal stabbing last weekend.
During a hearing Wednesday in Sedgwick County District Court, 35-year-old Todd Angevine was scheduled for a court appearance on April 26th. His bond was set at $500,000.
Angevine was arrested after Sunday’s stabbing death of 43-year-old Lonnie Hunter. Police said Hunter was walking along the Arkansas River north of the Lincoln Street bridge when an argument broke out. Hunter was stabbed several times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
