The City of Wichita will have another round of open houses for the next set of public housing units that are being made available for sale.  The open houses will be held Sunday, April 28th from 2 to 4 in the afternoon.

The city has received approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to sell an additional 51 units, along with the 37 that were previously marketed.

The open houses on Sunday will be mostly in the Matlock Heights neighborhood:

·               2408 N Green

·               2420 N Green

·               2431 N Prince

·               2615 E Audrey

·               2462 N Chautauqua

Additional units that are available for sale are listed on the City’s website at wichita.gov/1317/Available-Housing-Department-Properties

Inventory may be added or reduced for each open house event as additional units become available or as specific units go under contract.
