Wichita police are asking for help finding 70-year-old James “Jeb” Beck.
He was last seen on foot in the area of the 9000 block of East Lincoln, around noon Tuesday. That’s in an area west of Webb.
Beck is described as 6-feet-1-inch tall, weighing 190-pounds. He was last wearing shorts, a T-shirt, brown Sperry loafers, and was carrying a black gym bag and cane.
