She appeared on The Price is Right on Friday, on their special Mother’s Day show, and she made The Price is Right history by winning the largest prize ever awarded in a single pricing game during Friday’s Mother’s Day episode. Contestant Vanesa played the new game “The Lion’s Share,” correctly guessing grocery item prices to earn five balls for a chance at escalating prizes. With her daughter cheering her on, she risked everything and won all five rounds, taking home $227,500 in cash and a $12,000 trip to Morocco — more than $240,000 total. Vanesa called the experience surreal and said she plans to invest wisely, enjoy the winnings, and surprise her mother with something special.
