The latest figures from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment show there are 3,491 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the state.

There are 4 new deaths bringing the total to 124 people who have died in Kansas from the virus since the outbreak began.  12.4% of the 28,090 people tested so far statewide have been positive for the virus.

Testing has increased over the past two weeks as the state has received more equipment.  The increase is cases is due mainly to that increased testing and not due to new infections.

The state shows 351 cases in Sedgwick County but that figure may change when the county releases their figures later today.  Ford County currently has 544 cases, Wyandotte is at 583, and Johnson at 446.
