A Haysville man has been charged with attempted first degree murder for the shooting of his girlfriend at a home in Wichita.
47-year-old Jeremy Fisher is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. His bond was set at $350,000 and his next court appearance was scheduled for June 20th.
Fisher was arrested after Wichita police officers found a 39-year-old woman with several gunshot wounds at a home in the 1900 block of South Dellrose. Police said the June 2nd shooting happened during a domestic disturbance. The woman was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and Fisher was later arrested by Haysville police.
